FOR KEBABS: Boil chickpeas in a cooker.
Cut the banana in two pieces and boil in cooker
Take a bowl and mash chickpeas and bananas
Dry roast spices and grind it
Now add spices in banana, Chopped Spinach add chopped onion, garlic, coriander, and all spices,add salt in it
Now with the help of manual grinder(sil batta) roughly make a paste.
Grease your hands with oil
Soak skewers in water.
Now give the kebabs the desired shape and set it on skewers.
Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes
Now keep the kebabs on the greased plate and keep it inside the air fryer for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn the kebabs and cook it for another 10 minutes.
Your kebabs are ready.
BEETROOT HUMMUS: Soak Chickpeas overnight.
Boil Chickpeas, take mixer and add; chickpeas, peanuts, sesame seeds, chilli flakes, beetroot and salt. Grind it properly.
Then take it out and mix oil.
Your beetroot hummus is ready too
