Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 cup boiled soya beans

  • 2 boiled potatoes

  • 1 handful peas, boiled

  • 1 tsp amchur

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 2 tsp besan, roasted

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 2 tsp oil for frying

Directions

  • 01

    Mix in peas, potato, soyabeans and mash properly

  • 02

    add all the other ingredients and mix well

  • 03

    Heat tawa and grease it with oil

  • 04

    Grease hands and make small patties

  • 05

    Heat oil and shallow fry the patties

  • 06

    Flip it over when one side becomes golden

  • 07

    When other side becomes golden and crisp serve it hot
