  • 1/2 cup rajma

  • 2 chopped onion

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 1tbsp ghee

  • 1tsp oil

  • 1tsp jeera

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1tsp lal mirch,hldi powder,dhanyia pawder

  • 1tsp garm masala

  • 1/2tsp hing

  • 1tsp kasuri meathi

  • 1tbsp fresh cream

  • 3 glass water

    Sbse phle ak cooker mai pani upalne k liye daale,fir usme daal n rajma milaye ubaalne k liye

    Usme saare masala n oil daal dde,1 wistle aane k baad sim kr de

    Dusri aur kdai mai tdka tyar kre,ghee daale,phir jeera hing ginger garlic paste milaye

    Phir chop onion add kre,n bhun le colour change hone tk

    Phir tomato milaye with little water,n soft hone tk pkaye

    Phir usme garm masala n ksuri meathi n sugar add kre

    Oil chodne tk achhi traa bhun le masale ko

    Phir boiled daal ko es tdke mai milai aur 5_10 min tk pkne de

    Phir fresh cream se garnnish kre
