🌸Wash the chickpeas and soak it for overnight.Boil the chickpeas in pressure cooker.
🌸Take wheat flour in a bowl and add salt to taste and oil into wheat flour and mix it.
🌸Add water and make smooth dough and Knead the dough well.
🌸Cover the bowl and keep it aside.Smash the cholle with spoon
🌸Turn on the flame and keep the pan on stove..Add 1 tbsp of oil into pan.
🌸Heat the oil then add cumin seeds and chopped onion.Cook the onion 2 mins on low-medium flame.
🌸Reduce the flame.
Add ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander and cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and coriander leaves.
🌸Mix it well.Add smashed cholle and mix it well.
🌸Cover the pan and cook it for 2 mins on low flame.Cholle stuffing is ready for making paratha.
🌸Take out cholle stuffing in a bowl.
Take a rolling board.
Make small lump from dough
🌸Dust the dry flour on rolling board and roll out then add cholle stuffing over this rolled poori.Close the all sides and Dust the dry flour on rolling board.
🌸Roll out 3to4 inch diameter thick paratha.Heat the tawa (flat pan) and place the rolled paratha over the pan.
🌸Roast the paratha on both sides until it turns brown.Apply the oil or ghee over the paratha.
🌸When the paratha is roasted well, take it out in a plate.Serve the hot cholle paratha with tomato pickel or any sauce.
