Method:-
1.In a bowl, take a shoked chana daal ..and greated mixer .then add rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, salt,ajwain and baking soda. Mix well.
2.Add Rice flour makes bhaji crispy
3. Add a little water at a time and make batter.
4.The batter should neither be too thick nor too thin. It should have medium consistency.
5.Mix the batter at least 4-5 minutes.
6. Add sliced and chopped onion.
7.Add chopped coriander and mix well.
8. Batter should get mixed well with onion.
Cover and rest it for about 15minutes.
9. Heat up oil in a pan. When oil is enough hot, drop bhaji with the help of fork in hot oil.
10.Fry until they get nice color.
After frying for about 3-4 minutes on medium heat,
Fry from another side as well for about 3-4 minutes.. remove the onion bhaji with a spoon.
11. Serve kanda bhaji with tomato ketchup..
Garnish the carrot and cucumber
