Wash and soak the dal for 15 minutes
Boil adding 1 glass water,salt and turmeric powder for 10 minutes
Mash it
Heat ghee in tadka pan
Crackle curry leaves,whole red peppers, cumin seeds and mustard seeds
Add hing, chopped chillies and ginger
Add this tadka in boiled dal
Turn off the flame
Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves
Serve with rice
