Soak 1c brown rice in 5cups water
Take a pressure cooker and add soaked brown rice with water
Add Moong Dal to the pressure cooker and mix well
Add 1/2tbs salt and give it a proper mix
Cover the cooker with a lid and whistle
cook for 10mins(7-8whistles) on medium flame
Take a pan and add 2tbs ghee
Fry cashews till golden brown and keep a side
Add cumin and mustard seeds and fry for a min
Add dried red chilies,Ginger garlic paste and fry for another min
add curry leaves and mix well
Add Rice-Dal mixture and stir well
add salt and pepper
cover with a lid and cook for 3mins
Finally turn off the flame and serve with fried cashews
