In a pressure cooker add 1 cup of senaga pappu/chana daal and 2 cups of water and cook till 3 whistles
Later transfer on to a bowl and place on stove and add jaggery and mix well
Mash with potato masher or with wodden churner(ghotni, kavvam)
Let it cook for 2min till the mixture slightl6 thickens
Meanwhile in other bowl add maida, ravva(sooji), sugar/salt, oil and mix well
Add water gradually and make a dough as roti dough
Apply good amount of oil over it and let it rest for 1hour
After an hour make balls from dough and stuff the dal and jaggery mixture
Now take rolling pin and roll like chapati and place on a tava
Roast on both sides using ghee
Serve this hot with milk or ghee which you prefer
