Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1cup black chana soaked for 6hours and boiled

  • 1finely chopped onion

  • 1 finely chopped tomato

  • 1tbsp salt

  • 1tbsp red chilli powder

  • 1tbsp coriander powder

  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder

  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder

  • 1tbsp fresh coriander leaves

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1tbsp gingergarlic paste

Directions

    Take a non stick pan, add oil and chopped onion fry onion till brown in colour.

  • 02

    Add gingergarlic paste and saute for 1 minute.

  • 03

    Add chopped tomato, garam masala powder, Red chili powder, coriander powder, Turmeric powder and mix welland cook till oil separate.

  • 04

    Add Boiled black chana, salt and mix well.cook for 5 mins.
