Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1/2 cup moong daal

  • 1/2 cup udad daal

  • 1/2 cup chawal

  • 2 tsp toor daal

  • 2 tsp masoor daal

  • 1 cup sooji

  • 1/2 cup hara dhania

  • 1/4 cup pudina

  • 2 green chilli chopped

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

  • 250 gram oil for frying

Directions

    Soak all daals and rice into water over night or for 10 hrs.

  • 02

    Remove it from water and grind it to a paste. Mix chopped coriander, chopped mint leaves, sooji, salt, pepper, green chilli, required quantity of water and make a battar for vadas.

    Keep it aside for one hour and fry vada in hot oil till golden brown.

  • 04

    Serve it with green chutney and curd.
