Soak chana daal for 20 minutes. Pressure cooker it and grind it to a paste.
In a vessel, add ghee, created beetroot and let it get cooked.
Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix it well.
Add chana daal to it and mix it well.
Let it get cool and then give it a shape of kababs.
Shallow fry it in oil. Serveit with Mayo and Ketchup mix.
