  • 1 cup chana daal

  • 1/2 beetroot

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste

  • 4 tsp oil for frying

  • 1 tsp ghee


  • Soak chana daal for 20 minutes. Pressure cooker it and grind it to a paste.
  • In a vessel, add ghee, created beetroot and let it get cooked.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix it well.
  • Add chana daal to it and mix it well.
  • Let it get cool and then give it a shape of kababs.
  • Shallow fry it in oil. Serveit with Mayo and Ketchup mix.
