Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup moong daal


  • 2 tsp onion finely chopped


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp olive oil


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

Directions

  • Soak daal for 10 minutes and pressure cook it.
  • Grind it to smooth paste.
  • Heat oilve oil and saute onions in it.
  • Add daal, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and give it a good stir. Cook till one boil.
  • Add required quantity of water for boiling this daal soup.
  • At the end add coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.
