Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup moong daal

  • 2 tsp onion finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

Directions

    Soak daal for 10 minutes and pressure cook it.

    Grind it to smooth paste.

  • 03

    Heat oilve oil and saute onions in it.

  • 04

    Add daal, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and give it a good stir. Cook till one boil.

  • 05

    Add required quantity of water for boiling this daal soup.

  • 06

    At the end add coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.
