Soak daal and rice separate in water for 15 minutes.
In a vessel, add oil, ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds. After seeds cracled, add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves,bay leaf and saute it.
Now add required quantity of water. Add salt and let the water to boil.
Add all 3 pulses and let it simmer.
After it is half cooked, add rice and vegetables to it.
Add cinnamon powder, garam masala and reld chilli powder to it and let it get cooked properly.
After water is absorbed, and rice and pulses get cooked properly, remove it from flame.
Healthy mix daal pulaav is ready.
