Ingredients
Serves 4
1cup moond dal soaked for 4hours and drained.
1tbsp salt
1 bowl oil for frying
1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tbsp saunf
7-8 green chilies
1 pinch baking soda
1 finely chopped onion
1tbsp fresh coriander leaves
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
Directions
Take a mixer jar add soaked moong dal, green chillies, salt, crushed coriander seeds , saunf and grind it.
Transfer it into a bowl.
Add chopped onion, baking soda and coriander leaves and mix well.
Heat oil to Deep fry
Drop small portion of battar into hot oil and Deep fry till golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with ketchup.
