Ingredients

Serves : 34
  • 50 g boiled chnna


  • 1/2 ltr Chana syrup


  • 1tsp to taste Salt


  • 1 tsp lal Mirch


  • 1 tbsp fresh cream


  • 1tbsp As needed Chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 tbsp ghee or butter


  • 1 chopped onion


  • 1 tsp Chana msala

Directions

  • Take kadai. Add ghee. Add jeera.add onion
  • Saute well. Then add boiled Chana and syrup.
  • Add lal Mirch. Chanamsala. Add salt. Add lemon juice. Mix well
  • Add fresh cream. Mix it. 3 min after boiling add chopped coriander leaves.
  • Garnish with butter. Serve hot.
