Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowl Masoor daal


  • 1/2 bowl Chana daal


  • 1/2 black daal


  • 1tsp jeera


  • 1tsp Lal Mirch powder


  • 1tspHaldi powder


  • 1tsp Ginger garlic paste


  • 1tsp Garam masala


  • 1tsp Malai


  • 1tbsp leaves Coriander


  • 1 tsp Sugar


  • 2 chopped onion


  • 1 chopped tomato

Directions

  • Take cooker. Add water for boiling. Add soaked daal. Daal ko half hour Ke liye soak krna hai
  • Add lal Mirch and hldi powder. Add 1tsp ghee.
  • Whistle it. 3-4.
  • Take another pan. Add oil. Jeera. Sprinkle it. Add chopped onions saute well. Add ginger garlic paste
  • Add tomatoes. Add salt as your taste. Add some hldi lal Mirch garammsala.saute it. Add some water for softness.
  • Add Sugar..this Tadka is put in cooker. Mix well. Boil for 2-3 min
  • Garnish with malai and coriander leaves
  • Ready to serve
