Take cooker. Add water for boiling. Add soaked daal. Daal ko half hour Ke liye soak krna hai
Add lal Mirch and hldi powder. Add 1tsp ghee.
Whistle it. 3-4.
Take another pan. Add oil. Jeera. Sprinkle it. Add chopped onions saute well. Add ginger garlic paste
Add tomatoes. Add salt as your taste. Add some hldi lal Mirch garammsala.saute it. Add some water for softness.
Add Sugar..this Tadka is put in cooker. Mix well. Boil for 2-3 min
Garnish with malai and coriander leaves
Ready to serve
