Moong dal dosas or Green gram pancakes-
💚For this particular batter, Soak a cup of whole green gram with 2 tablespoon of raw rice overnight.
💚Grind them with an inch of ginger, some coriander leaves and curry leaves into a batter.
💚Add water to get the perfect consistency for the pancakes. (Dosa batter consistency)
💚Do the seasoning and prepare them just like the dosas. They aren't very crisp but definitely tasty and very healthy.

â–¶Coconut and garlic chutney
Grated coconut, 2-3 garlic cloves, some curry leaves, some coriander leaves, a chilli, squeeze half a lime, half teaspoon sugar, a teaspoon of gram flour to the chutney to get the perfect texture. Blend it again. Finally temper with some black mustard seeds and curry leaves.
