a cup of moong dal 2 tablespoon of raw rice an inch of ginger coriander leaves curry leaves salt to taste refined oil or ghee to make the dosas
Directions
Moong dal dosas or Green gram pancakes- 💚For this particular batter, Soak a cup of whole green gram with 2 tablespoon of raw rice overnight. 💚Grind them with an inch of ginger, some coriander leaves and curry leaves into a batter. 💚Add water to get the perfect consistency for the pancakes. (Dosa batter consistency) 💚Do the seasoning and prepare them just like the dosas. They aren't very crisp but definitely tasty and very healthy. A tastier intake of your vitamins and minerals. ▶Coconut and garlic chutney Grated coconut, 2-3 garlic cloves, some curry leaves, some coriander leaves, a chilli, squeeze half a lime, half teaspoon sugar, a teaspoon of gram flour to the chutney to get the perfect texture. Blend it again. Finally temper with some black mustard seeds and curry leaves.
