Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 2 cup aata

  • 1 cup suji

  • 1 cup besan

  • 250gm mix dry fruits( badam, kaju, pista)

  • 100 gm Paanch magaz( watermelon seeds, musk melon seeds, alsi, kheere ke beej)

  • 250 gm roasted coconut

  • 50 gm makhane(fox nut)

  • 50 gm gound

  • 500 gm pissi hui chini( as per the taste)or gur

  • 500 gm pure ghee

  • 50 gm til and postu

Directions

    Take 100 gm of ghee in kadai and let it get heated on full flame and fry gound till it swells

  • 02

    )Remove it in separate plate, take Paanch magaj, all dry fruits, til and postu and roast it in ghee which is left in the kadai

  • 03

    )Heat the rest 400 gm ghee and add atta, suji and besan till golden brown

  • 04

    Coarsely Grind all the above things (mentioned in point 2)in the mixie

  • 05

    Mix all the coarsely grinded things in the above atta besan and suji

  • 06

    )Let it cool and add grinded sugar

  • 07

    Panjiri is ready
