Ingredients

  • 2tbsp moongdal


  • 2tbsp maida


  • 1tbsp semolina


  • 1tbsp riceflour


  • 1/2tsp saunf


  • 1/2cup sugar


  • 1red chilli


  • 8-10 lounge (for making eye)

Directions

  • Heat a pan add sugar &water to make a 1 stand sugar syrup.Side it.
  • Wash &roast the moong dal ,than boild the dal with adding water &red chilli.
  • Take a bowl add boild&dried moong dal,maida,semolina,riceflour ,&roughly crushed saunf ,mashed it to make a soft dough.Not to add water.
  • Rest it 5 mints.
  • Than shape it as Chingri (prown). Dip the laung on the eye of the chingri.
  • Deep fry the chingri &deep with sugar syrup &boild 5 mints.
  • Moongdal Chingri pitha is ready yo serve.
