Heat a pan add sugar &water to make a 1 stand sugar syrup.Side it.
Wash &roast the moong dal ,than boild the dal with adding water &red chilli.
Take a bowl add boild&dried moong dal,maida,semolina,riceflour ,&roughly crushed saunf ,mashed it to make a soft dough.Not to add water.
Rest it 5 mints.
Than shape it as Chingri (prown). Dip the laung on the eye of the chingri.
Deep fry the chingri &deep with sugar syrup &boild 5 mints.
Moongdal Chingri pitha is ready yo serve.
