Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1cup masoordal


  • 1chopped carrot


  • 1cup chopped pumpkin


  • 1cup chopped corrienderleaves with root


  • 1chopped onion


  • 2tbspchopped garlic


  • 1tbsp cream


  • 1tsp blackpepper powder


  • 1tsp salt or to taste


  • 1tbsp butter


  • 1/2tsp turmeric powder

Directions

  • Heat a pressure cooker add butter.
  • Add chopped onion,&garlic sauted 2mints
  • Add all veggies stir 2 mints.
  • Add masoor dal mix it well.&cook 1 mints.
  • Addn3cup water,turmeric powder,salt,& corrienderleaves with root.Cover it &cook till 2 whistle come. Off the gas.
  • When ever gas realised blend the soup with a hand blemder.
  • Strain the soup.
  • Add 1tbsp cream & balckpepper powder &boils 12 mints.
  • Serve hot with garnishing roasted garlic.
