Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1cup masoordal

  • 1chopped carrot

  • 1cup chopped pumpkin

  • 1cup chopped corrienderleaves with root

  • 1chopped onion

  • 2tbspchopped garlic

  • 1tbsp cream

  • 1tsp blackpepper powder

  • 1tsp salt or to taste

  • 1tbsp butter

  • 1/2tsp turmeric powder

Directions

    Heat a pressure cooker add butter.

    Add chopped onion,&garlic sauted 2mints

  • 03

    Add all veggies stir 2 mints.

  • 04

    Add masoor dal mix it well.&cook 1 mints.

    Addn3cup water,turmeric powder,salt,& corrienderleaves with root.Cover it &cook till 2 whistle come. Off the gas.

    When ever gas realised blend the soup with a hand blemder.

    Strain the soup.

  • 08

    Add 1tbsp cream & balckpepper powder &boils 12 mints.

  • 09

    Serve hot with garnishing roasted garlic.
