100 gms boiled chickpeas
2 nos. Bananas
1 small bowl sugar
2 tbsp desi ghee
2 tbsp roasted crushed peanuts
1 tsp poppyseeds
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp elaichi powder
1 small bowl wheat flour and maida
1 tbsp ghee for binding
1 cheese cube
Firstly soak chickpeas for 6-7 hours and after that washed well with clean water than add into cooker also add pinch of salt and boiled with 6 whistles.
After that also boiled bananas. Than crushed both means bananas and chickpeas and Make it like stuffing.
Than take one tawa put ghee in it and cook stuffing for 10 minutes. After than add crushed peanuts and sugar and mix it well. After 3-4 minutes add poppyseeds, nutmeg and elaichi powder. Here our puranpoli stuffing is ready.
Now take wheat flour, maida and add ghee into knead and also add cheese into puranpoli knead and make it soft dough.
Than take of small portion of dough and roll it like roti than put 1 tbsp of stuffing in the middle of roti and make the puranpoli.
Than put it on hot tawa and cook both side well like golden brown.
