In a pan add jaggery and water and make syrup
You need not boil the syrup just make sure jaggery melts completely
Add ilachi powder and mix with rice flour
Mix thoroughly and make small balls out of it
Now apply oil or ghee on a plastic sheet and spread this roll
Don't press very thin but it must be slightly thick
Now in a vok add oil or ghee for deep fry and allow to heat
Slowly drop the spreaded batter and deep fry till golden brown
Serve hot and this can be stored upto 1 week
This is mostly served as offering to lord hanuman
