Ingredients

  • 100gm white chana(chhole)


  • 2tomato


  • 1chopped onion


  • 1tbsp gingergarlic paste


  • 1greenchilli


  • 1tsp redchilli


  • 1tsp corriender powder


  • 1tsp turmeric powder


  • 1tsp kasoorimethi


  • 1tsp garammasala


  • 1tsp salt


  • 1tbsp oil


  • 1tsp cumin seeds


  • 1tbsp chopped corriender leaves

Directions

  • Soak the chhole 2 hour.
  • Boild the chhole
  • Griend the tomato&greenchilli to make a puree
  • Chop the onion
  • Heat a pan add oil add 1tsp cumin seeds,crackle it.
  • Add chopped onion cook it till it's becomes golden brown.
  • Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste cook nicely.
  • Add tomato puree cook nicely
  • Add all spices &sauted.
  • When all cook nicely add boild chhole stir some time.
  • Add 1cup water & salt cover it &cook 5 mints
  • Add 1tbsp chopped corriender leaves mix it &off the gas
  • Garnish with gingerslices serve it.
