Soak the chhole 2 hour.
Boild the chhole
Griend the tomato&greenchilli to make a puree
Chop the onion
Heat a pan add oil add 1tsp cumin seeds,crackle it.
Add chopped onion cook it till it's becomes golden brown.
Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste cook nicely.
Add tomato puree cook nicely
Add all spices &sauted.
When all cook nicely add boild chhole stir some time.
Add 1cup water & salt cover it &cook 5 mints
Add 1tbsp chopped corriender leaves mix it &off the gas
Garnish with gingerslices serve it.
