Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 100 gram red boack eyed beans (Lal lobia)

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 green chilli

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Directions

    Wash and soak lobia for 3 hours

  • 02

    Now heat the oil in a pressure cooker

  • 03

    Crackle cumin seeds

  • 04

    Add soaked lobia

  • 05

    Add 1 cup water

  • 06

    Add salt and pressure cook for 2..3 whistle

  • 07

    Turn off the flame and let the pressure release

  • 08

    Now add chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilli and coriander leaves

  • 09

    Add chaat masala and garam masala powder and lemon juice

  • 10

    Serve immediately
