Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For roti,,,,1 cup maida


  • 1 cup spinich pyuri


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • For filling ,,,,,1 cup chickpie 6 hour socked


  • 1/2 cup moong dal socked


  • 1/4 cup groundnut pwd


  • 1 tbsp coconut pwd


  • 1 lamon juice


  • 1 tsp green chilli paste


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves cut


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp suger


  • 1 tsp salt according to taste


  • 5 cheese cubes


  • 1/2 cup Pizza spread


  • 1/2 cup Myonise spread


  • 1 cup oil

Directions

  • make a daugh with maida ,spinich pyuri ,ajwain and salt
  • Need daugh with water
  • Sock the chickpie over night or 6 hour
  • Whistle it 5
  • Take a mixer jar grind the chickpie
  • Keep a side
  • Sock the moong dal for 1 hour
  • Take a pan add 1/2 cup water
  • Add moong dal and a pinch of turmric
  • Boil it for 4 min
  • After that take out the dal in plate
  • Rinse the water
  • Take a pan heat oil add onion chopped
  • Saute it till pink
  • Add green chilli and garlic paste
  • Mix well
  • Add chickpie and moong dal
  • Spread salt on it
  • Mix well add garam masala
  • Suger,lamon juice mix well
  • Off the gas add groundnut pwd,coconut pwd and coriander leaves
  • Mix properly
  • Keep a side for 5 min
  • Now take a ball of daugh make thin roti
  • Light Roast it both side
  • All roties make this way
  • Take a roti spread pizza sauce and myonise
  • Keep filling on itand cheese close like frenky
  • Heat tawa spread oil keep frenky and roast it both side
  • Serve hot with sauce
