  • Masoordal kadaladal greengram thoordal 1/4cup all vegetables like carrot pumpkin brinjal drumstick yam potato tomato raddish 1each

  • Tamerind juice 1/4cup

  • Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon

  • Redchillipowder 1teaspoon

  • Coriander powder 2teaspoon

  • Asafoteir 1 teaspoon

  • Frnugreekseed 1/4 teaspoon

  • Coconutoil 2spoon

  • Mustard 1 spoon

  • Curryleaf 2

  • Coriader leaf 2

  • Small onion 4

  • Redchilli 2


  • Cook all dals in pressure cooker until it cooks well mostly up-to 2 whistle. After it gets cooked add cut vegetables, water and tamarind juice and cook again until the vegetables get cooked. Now add all masalas, saltand boil. Now in a frypan add coconut oil and add chilli curry leaf & mustard until fry. Now add coconut oil with ingredients into the vegetable mix
