  • 1 ltr milk


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 2 teaspoon ilachi powder

Directions

  • In a bowl add milk and allow to boil
  • After a boil turn off the flame and allow to cool to room temperature
  • Now place this milk in refrigerator and chill completely for half n hour
  • Now transfer into a glass and ilachi powder and sugar
  • Serve chill this is very good for heat produced in stomach
  • When you have heavy food such as masala and spicy have this milk
