Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 ltr yogurt


  • 1 ltr water


  • 1 bunch curry leaves


  • 2tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp sonti (dry ginger powder)


  • 1 tbsp black salt optional

Directions

  • In a bowl add curd/yogurt and whisk well
  • Now add water, salt and curry leaves and whisk well again
  • Now add dry ginger powder, black salt and mix well
  • The above powders are optional
  • Pour them in glasses and place in refrigerator and allow to chill
  • Serve chill in summer, very healthy drink in summer
