Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup udad whole

  • 1/2 cup moong whole

  • 1/2 cup moth

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 onion

  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp dhania jeera powder

  • 1/4 tsp mustard seed

  • 1/4 tsp carrom seeds

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 1/4 tsp asofotida

  • 2 tsp or as per taste salt

  • 2 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

    Soak moong, moth and udad into water overnight. In morning presure cook it using required water. Add salt while cooking it.

    In a pan, add oil. Add mustard seeds, carrom seeds and let it crackle.

    Add asophotida, ginger garlic paste and saute it

    Add chopped onions and saute it till it became translucent.

  • 05

    Add chopped tomatoes and all masalas.

    Let everything mix up properly. Add required amount of water. Keep it on flame till you get proper consistency.

    Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
