Soak rice overnight and pat dry it but not totally dry
Now gring this into a powder and make sure the grounded powder is moist enough
To maintain the moisture in rice flour(powder) take a wet cloth and cover the flour till it is used
Meanwhile take jaggery compound and break into small pieces and add them in a pan
Now add water such that jaggery is just immersed but not totally drowned
Turn on the flame and prepare jaggery sauce for 10 to 15 min
To check for jaggery sauce in a cup add water and take small amount of sauce when you rub with hands sauce should turn into small ball
This is simply known as unda paakam (ఉండ పాకం) in telugu
After the sauce is ready add ilachi powder
Now in a pan add ghee and fry dry coconut peices
Now add rice flour to sauce in batches along with coconut peices
Finally add ghee on top of the sweet and mix well
This can be stored upto 1 week
