In a pan dry roast chana dal, peanut, dry coconut separately don't add chana dal
Transfer them into a mixer jar along with chana dal and make fine powder
Now chop jaggery very finely and mix with powder
Meanwhile in other bowl add maida, bombay ravva, teaspoon sugar and one spatula of heated oil and mix well
Now gradually add water and make a tight dough
Now using rolling pin roll a chapati qnd place the above mixture and fold to half
Arrange all of them now heat oil in a pan and gradually drop prepared kajjikaayalu and fry till golden brown
While preparing these you can use moulds or make diff shapes to serve
You can even add dry fruits and make 😉
