Ingredients

  • Dry roasted chana powder 1bowl

  • Clarified butter 1/2bowl

  • Chop almonds 1/2cup

  • Powder sugar 1/2bowl

  • Cardamom powder 1tsp

Directions

    Take a roasted chana peel and grind well.

  • 02

    Yake a wok put clarified butter and roasted chsna flour cook in 20 minutes slow heat then add sugar and cardamom powder then flame released.

    Take a tray greased with oil put chana batter spread .

  • 04

    Then garnish almonds slices then press in wooden spatula.

  • 05

    After room temperature cut pcs and serve.

  • 06

    Serve Dry roasted Chana burfi.
