Ingredients

  • White chana 1 bowl

  • Chop onion 3

  • Garlic paste 1tsp

  • Ginger paste 1tsp

  • Tomato puree 2tbsp

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Red chilli 1tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2tsp

  • Kasuti methi 2 pinch

  • Chop coriander 1tsp

  • Oil 2tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    Take a chana wash and soaked in 8 hours.

  • 02

    After 8 hours chana boil in half an hour.

  • 03

    Take a wok put oil add garlic saute then add onion,ginger saute then add all spices and tomato puree mix .

  • 04

    Then add boiled chana mix and cook.

  • 05

    Then garnish kasuri methi and coriander.
