Wash and cook the dal with salt, turmeric powder and sugar red chili powder till it completely done.
Knead the medium soft dough with mentioned ingredients, keep it for 5 mins.
Now divide the dough into equal and small portion.
Make small poori and twist them to star shape.
Once all the dulha done put them intocooked dal along with 2 glass water and mango slice.
cook it for 10 minutes on high
Now prepare the tadka, heat ghee add cumin as they change the colour add garlic saute till tranculant add dry red chili . Quickly pour the tadka into dal.
Serve hot with salad .
