  • 1cup mutur


  • 1tsp fresh cream


  • 40grms cheese mozzarella


  • 1cup purpose flour


  • 1tsp chilli flakes


  • 1tsp salt


  • 1tsp cumin powder


  • 1tsp daniya powder


  • 1/2tsp turmeric

Directions

  • Taake fresh mutur put into pressure cooker pour water allow to get 4 vissels
  • Then drain water transfer to blender make fine puri
  • Then heat a cadai add butter pour mutur puri
  • Add salt,chilli powder,cumin powder,fresh cream
  • Fresh cream gives nice texture flvour gives onto gravy
  • Keep boil gravy once its thick and flavoured contain thickness turn off keep a side
  • Then take a bowl put flour,add salt pour water to make kneaded soft dough rest 10min
  • Then take dough make role with roller cut round shaped as like as puri lkind
  • Take each puri then take another bowl put grated cheese add salt,chilli flakes mix well make round shape cheese balls place on middle of puri
  • Cover up another puri on top press edges use fork
  • These cheese rivoli into boil water it should boil 10 to 15 mins ,once its perfectly boiled
  • Finally serving time take a serving plate pour mutur gravy place cheese rivoli on middle garnish with coriander ready to serve... Delicious taste
