Ingredients

  • 150grms chana dal

  • 1bunch palak leaves

  • 1tsp grated ginger

  • 2tsp gram flour

  • 1tsp chilli paste

  • 1cup chopped onion

  • 1cup coriander

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1tsp cumin

Directions

    Take chana dal rinse and pour water it should be soak 3 hours then drain water

  • 02

    Transfer dal into blender make paste

  • 03

    Add chilli paste,onion,salt,ginger,coriander,on to dal paste

  • 04

    Take fresh spinach chop nicely

  • 05

    Add spinach onto dal paste mix well take small amount make as round shape leave into oil

  • 06

    Do deep fri once vada get golden colour take out to the tissue paper

  • 07

    Serve with green chilli ready to serve
