Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 4 medium size banana 10 spinach leaves


  • 1.5 Cup wheat flour


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 / 3 Cup oil


  • 1/2 cup sugar or jaggery powder


  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract


  • For icing


  • 2 cup soaked chickpeas


  • 3 cup water


  • 1 tsp edible food colours


  • 2 tsp groundnuts


  • 4 tsp millet muesli

Directions

  • Preheat the cooker with removing the whistle and gasket also grease the cake tin with oil.
  • Peel n cut banana and boil spinach leaves in hot water.
  • In a jar add banana pieces, boiled spinach, sugar or jaggery & oil and using hand blender just blend them to make a fine paste.
  • Now seive the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and then add to the wet ingredients.
  • Now fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  • Pour the batter into a greased pan and gently tap the pan. keep it in the preheated cooker close the lid and bake for 35 minutes.
  • After 35 minutes check the Bread if the toothpick comes out clean, it means bread is ready otherwise cook it for few more minutes. Once it is ready take the pan out from the cooker, let it cool down completely and then demould it and cut into thin slices.
  • Meanwhile in a pressure cooker add the soaked chickpeas n water and cook till 8 wistles come.
  • When chickpeas are properly cooked drain its water in a bowl (chickpea water is called Aquafaba)and keep it in freezer to make it chilled after that just blend it by adding the sugar in it
  • Once chickpeas water is properly whipped and it should be stiff then mix different colour in it and fill them in a piping Bag.
  • Keep the green bread slices on a plate, using the piping bag make flower on the bread and garnish with peanut and millet muesli, it looks delicious . Our Green Monster bread is ready to relish as healthy breakfast.
