Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 cup oil for frying

  • Boneless Fish - 500 grams

  • Lemon Juice - 1 to 2 tblsp

  • 1 tsp Salt to taste

  • Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi - 1 tsp

  • Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp

  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp

  • Yogurt / Curd - 2 tbsp

  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 4 tbsp

  • Cornflour - 2 tblsp

  • Oil - 1 tblsp

  • Garlic - 4 cloves

  • Onion - 1 chopped

  • 1 capsicum chopped

  • 1 knorr chilly panner packate

  • 1 green chilly

Directions

    Take all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Add all other ingredients and mix well.Drop in hot oil and fry till golden brown.Drain.

    Take oil in a pan and add onion, capsicum , chilly on high flame

  • 03

    add the knorr masala in a cup and pour 1 cup water in it. stir and add it into the wok

  • 04

    when it thickens add fried fish and saute

  • 05

    add spring onion for garnish
