Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 3 bamboo shoots, cleaned and chopped

  • 1 capsicum chopped

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 tsp chilli paste

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 pinch sugar

  • 1 tsp mustard

Directions

  • 01

    heat oil and add mustard

  • 02

    add chillipaste and wait. add capsicum and let it turn mushy

  • 03

    add seasonings and then add bamboo

  • 04

    cook till they turn soft

  • 05

    add sugar and mix
