Quinoa is a pseudo cereal , rich in proteins , anti oxidants ..a healthy way to kick start the BREAKFAST . ....
Wash the quinoa throughly to remove bitterness due to saponin present on the outer skin of the grains .
Roast this in a pressure cooker for five minutes , you can also add ghee while roasting ( optional ).
Add little water and close the lid
Add full fat milk and stir it..
Add maple syrup and few red raspberries .Also add cardamom powder
Keep it aside to settle down and thickened it ..
Meanwhile make a raspberry puree by boiling few raspberries in water . Strain its pulp..
No sugar is to be added .
Meanwhile bake 4 small bread slices in a greased silicon floral shaped moulds . Pour few spoons of raspberry puree on the bread
The bread will get its ruby colour .
Bake it in the preheated oven for 10 minutes .
Take them out and add thickened delicious quinoa porridge in it..
