Ingredients

  • 1 cup dosa batter ( rice, urad dal soaked over night, ground and kept for fermentation)

  • 1 tsp butter

  • 1 cube cheese

  • 2 tsp schezwan sauce

Directions

  • 01

    Grease tawa with butter

  • 02

    pour some batter and make uttapam

  • 03

    flip it over and apply butter on other sides

  • 04

    spread schezwan sauce and add cheese

  • 05

    cover for some time and serve with chutneys
