Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 100 grams popat beans

  • 1 bunch spring onion chopped

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 green chilly chopped

  • 1/2 tsp haldi

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • 01

    heat oil and add mustard seeds

  • 02

    add gingre garlic paste and green chilly chopped

  • 03

    add haldi, salt and wait till oil separates

  • 04

    add chopped onion and beans

  • 05

    cover till beans are cooked

  • 06

    add some water if required and salt

  • 07

    serve hot with puri
