  • 100 grams popat beans


  • 1 bunch spring onion chopped


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 green chilly chopped


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp mustard


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • heat oil and add mustard seeds
  • add gingre garlic paste and green chilly chopped
  • add haldi, salt and wait till oil separates
  • add chopped onion and beans
  • cover till beans are cooked
  • add some water if required and salt
  • serve hot with puri
