Slice aloo and raw banana
In a bowl add tamarind pulp, salt, gram flour and make paste
Take slit mirchi and stuff the above mixture and set aside
In other bowl add gram flour, salt, red chilly powder, vaamu, baking soda, turmeric powder and mix well with water
Adjust consistency such that the batter is slightly thick but not running or flowing
Now dip aloo, raw banana and mirchi in batter and fry them till golden brown
Serve hot with onions and lemon
