Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cup vercimelli


  • 1 1/2 cup water/milk


  • 1 ltr full fat milk if available


  • 1 tbsp cashew


  • 1 tbsp kissmiss


  • 1 tbsp pistachios


  • 4 to 5 ilachi


  • 1 1/2 cup sugar


  • 1 tbsp badam preferably soaked and peeled


  • 1 cup ghee

Directions

  • In a pan add ghee and add dry fruits fry them and set aside
  • Now in the same pan add ghee and fry ilachi vermicelli till light golden brown
  • Now for 1 cup of vermicelli add 1 1/2 cup water or milk add cook vermicelli
  • Later add rest of the milk to vermicelli which is boiled separately
  • Allow to cook for 5min and add sugar
  • After sugar melts turn off the flame and add dry fruits and serve chill
