In a pan add ghee and add dry fruits fry them and set aside
Now in the same pan add ghee and fry ilachi vermicelli till light golden brown
Now for 1 cup of vermicelli add 1 1/2 cup water or milk add cook vermicelli
Later add rest of the milk to vermicelli which is boiled separately
Allow to cook for 5min and add sugar
After sugar melts turn off the flame and add dry fruits and serve chill
