First add all stuffing ingredients with spices in a bowl and mix nicely, So that sattu can coat well on onions. stuffing mixture is ready.
Now heat tawa and grease wirh ghee.
Take a small ball of dough and stuff with ready mixture.
Now seal all edges and flatten stuffed ball in both palms.
Now roll it like a parantha and cook on tawa.
When brown spots appear on one side then flip parantha and apply ghee.
Now apply ghee , press sides and keep cooking parantha on low flame till it becomes crisp and golden. Parantha is ready now.
Cook all paranthas like it.
For masala curd ,beat curd and add all mentioned ingredients. Masala curd is ready.
Serve hot onion-sattu parantha with masala curd and dollop of homemade butter
