For poori
In a bowl add wheat flour, semolina, pinh salt and mix well
Now gradually add water and make a dough
Now make round balls and roll them with rolling pin
Meanwhile in a pan add oil for deep frying and let it heat
When oil is super hot drop rolled pooris splash oil over them, due this hot oil they will be puffed
For poori dough need not be rested you can use it when you finish preparing
For bombay curry
In a pan add oil and when it is heated add tempering seeds and allow to splutter
Now add turmeric, green chillies, curry leaves, onions and saute for a min
Now add tomatoes and allow them to cook till onions turn translucent
Now add a cup of water and allow to boil
After 5min in a bowl add gram flour and mix with water
Add this mixture to onion curry and allow to cook for a min
Gram.flour allows to thicken the curry
Now add coriander and serve with poori
