Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup basmati rice

  • 5 garlic chopped

  • 1/4 cup chopped carrots

  • 1/2 cup french beans

  • 1 green chilly chopped

  • 1 pinch ajinomoto

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 drops of lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

    Pressure cook rice with some salt in it.

    add some lemon juice to avoid sticking

  • 03

    heat oil in a pan and add gralic on high flame.then add green chillies

  • 04

    when garlic starts burning add veggies

  • 05

    do not overcook

  • 06

    add ajinomoto, salt and saute for a minute

  • 07

    add rice and saute 5 minutes on high flame

  • 08

    Serve hot with schezwan chutney
