Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1-Cup Jowar flour


  • 1/2-Cup finely chopped spring onion


  • 1-,green chilli finely chopped


  • 1-tsp garlic salt


  • 1-cup water


  • 1-tbsp ghee


  • 1-cup water for green tea


  • 1-tsp cumin


  • 1-tsp coriander seeds


  • 1-tsp lemon green tea


  • 1-tbsp jaggery mixed with 1-tbsp ghee


  • 1-tbsp dry garlic Chutney

Directions

  • Take jowar flour in a bowl add green Chilli, spring onion and garlic salt & knead a very soft dough with water make 3 equal Rounds make rotla tapping with palm on patta.
  • Heat tava and set rotla on it apply little water on top with fingers and cook both sides on slow flame.
  • Rotla is ready to serve apply ghee pricking spoons top and serve with jaggery mixed with ghee garlic Chutney and green tea.
