1 cup fresh peas
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp oil
Directions
Boil 1 cup water and blanch the peas slightly with a pinch of salt
Heat oil in a pan and add the blanched peas
add salt and saute for a minute
when it is done add lemon juice and eat
