Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh peas

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • 01

    Boil 1 cup water and blanch the peas slightly with a pinch of salt

  • 02

    Heat oil in a pan and add the blanched peas

  • 03

    add salt and saute for a minute

  • 04

    when it is done add lemon juice and eat
